1 Project Background
1.1 Meltblown products
Meltblown fiber is the superfine fiber by direct spinning, can be make out fiber diameter
less than 1um, and can make nonwovens fabric, like filter fabric, composite/coating
fabric, the tubular filter, bag, etc. And will find lots using area in the future because
of the new technology production.
1.2 Melt blown technology
Resin slice feeding into screw extruder, after heating will be extrusion out of
nuzzle, at the exit of die head, polymer will be stretch into fiber by the high speed hot
air, by the same time, the cool air blow from the both side of the die head, the fiber
will be solidify into superfine fiber, and be collect for make out fine cloth or filer
cartridge.
By adjust melt blown parameter of product process, can make out 0.5-30um diameter fiber,
for different purpose.
The finish production is forming by itself bonding, not any chemical glue, additive,
and not any pollution.
